Gizzard Gravy


DIRECTIONS

Boil gizzards with salt and garlic paste till tender and let the water dry off. Set aside. In the same pot you used to boil the gizzards, add some oil and when it's hot enough fry onions till fragrant, add your spices -curry powder, black pepper and chicken cube. Keep stirring for 2 minutes.

Add the gizzards and stir for about 3 minutes, then add blended or grated tomatoes, stir and cover. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and then add the coloured peppers. Add ½ cup chicken broth or water, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and serve with favourite accompaniment.
