INGREDIENTS
● 4 Biyinzika chicken breasts● Balsamic vinegar
● 3 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil
● 2 tbsps of brown sugar
● 3 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 tbsps of dried thyme
● 1 tbsp of dried rosemary
● Salt
● Freshly ground black pepper
● Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic and dried herbs together and season generously with salt and pepper. Reserve 1⁄4 of a cup for later.
Put the Biyinzika chicken breasts into the bowl and toss to combine. Let it marinate for 20 minutes or overnight. Preheat the grill to medium high. Place the Biyinzika chicken breasts under the grill, basting with the reserved marinade, until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Garnish with parsley before serving.
