Biyinzika Poultry International was a proud sponsor of the recent Culinary Association Uganda event which took place on 16 th Nov 2020 where we provided the attendants with promotional calendars, T-shirts and face masks. The Culinary Association Uganda, which was founded in June 2018 by Chef Kawuki Reagan held training courses on food costing, Haccp, food tasting, kitchen mmanagement and procurement trending dynamics.
There were over 100 representatives from different hotels and restaurants in Uganda. The participants included Executive and Sous Chefs and Quality Assurance Managers from some of the key hotels in Uganda such as the Serena Hotel Kampala, the Sheraton Hotel, Africana Hotel, Protea SKYZ and Lake Heights, as well as some of the top restaurants in Kampala including Piato restaurant, Levels Kitchen, Mambo Restaurant and Cafesserie.
Biyinzika’s Key Accounts Officer talked to the assembled chefs about our company’s mission, our range of products, our high level of customer services and our network of Pearl Chicken distributors and outlets.She also highlighted the benefits to the chefs of working with Biyinzika by emphasising our quality, consistency, reliability, affordability, flexibility and accessibility.
The event was a great success with all the attending chefs sharing their contacts with Biyinzika and giving a commitment to work closely with the company in the future.
